1 Introduction

4 Account Registration & KYC

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.6 Live Dealer Games. 9 Prohibited Conduct

• Opening or operating more than one Account simultaneously;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;

• Attempting to circumvent responsible gambling restrictions, including self-exclusion measures, by opening a new Account following a self-exclusion request.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the nagabet88 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, software, databases, text, graphics, images, video content, and data — is the exclusive property of nagabet88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. 11 Limitation of Liability

11.4 nagabet88 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from a Force Majeure event as defined in Section 2.

12 Amendments to These Terms

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
